i tested your HW100125.ZIP, it works good on my Falcon/CT60.
But in /example/highwire.cfg some options are missing and should be added:

The "assorted settings" COOKIES, VIEW_IMAGES, USE_CSS, FORCE_FRAMECTRL and
LOGGING should be included in a block ### Runtime settings ### and should
NOT be uncommented ( with #).

USE_CSS = 0

Perhaps there are more options which i don't know...
