Old Atari Songs (4 replies)

Hello!

I have tons of old songs that was composed with an early Atari 1040, teh very first model that couldn't save songs as midi files. So, the songs are saved on floppy discs in .sng format. Now I need to take them off the floppys and into my Mac. I have a virtual pc on the mac so I can run Windows if that is required. Anyone knows how to do this? I have heard about emulators but it's such a jungle. Don't know wich one to use etc.
Appreciate any help on the subject immensely.

Best Regards

It has been mentioned on the SAK-webpage already, but here it is again:

Nordic Atari Show 2007

Date: June 29 - July 1
Time: Friday 13:00-22:00, Saturday 10:00-22:00, Sunday 10:00-16:00
(In the evening the front door will be locked as of 22:00, but a cellphone number will be available to someone who can let you in after that time too.)
Place: Samskolan, Gothenburg Sweden

Nordic Atari Show is an event hosted by the Swedish Atari Club every year! During a weekend we try to gather Atari entusiasts from all over Sweden and from abroad to have fun with our beloved machines! At NAS you can get help with hard- and software, make new friends and get to know the person behind that nick name you have seen or heard about, get totally lost in the world of games, or just mingle around among the other visitors! :)

If you have Atari stuff for sale, then NAS is the right place to find the right buyer!

* It is possible to spend the night at NAS, just bring a sleeping bag or similar
* There are pizza places and a small store to grab groceries just a few minutes away
* A LAN will (of course) be set up so everyone can get online during NAS
* Gaming tournaments planned: International Karate, WinterGames, Scream-pong and Gauntlet-2.

Any further questions? Ask away here! :)

Regards,
