hw (latest CVS) has been crashing here also when I initialliy tried yahoo.fr soon after your question.
Today, however, I tried the following:
- Disable CSS and images -> no crash
- Enable images, back, forward -> no crash
- Enable CSS, back, forward -> still no crash!
The site seems to redirect to fr.yahoo.com.
Either it has been repaired, or loading it step by step circumvented the problem somehow.

I confirm : Cab is ok with this page (display is not correct but no crashes). The webmaster of Yahoo has changed Yahoo.fr and these changes cause the crash with Highwire.
